untitled[edit]

"Poyntz murder was the key to the ultimate unraveling- " Juliet Stuart Poyntz is still listed as a missing person with the New York City police dept. I won't change it but can we actually say she was "murdered". --71.28.243.246 16:46, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

That is a very interesting point; her remains evidently never were recovered. There is testimony regarding statements she had been liquidated from at least two sources. This evidence should be incorporated. Is there a site or a source you can point to? Thanks. nobs 17:57, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Well there's always being declared "legally dead," which Poyntz was in October, 1944. This site, while not run by the NYPD, seems to be based on their "cold case" file --
