Actor on stage as well as film actor[edit]

Full name[edit]

On 27 January 2007, Javier de la vega edited the article Juan Diego (actor) changing his full name from "Juan Diego Ruíz Montero" to "Juan Diego Ruíz Moreno", without citation. The reliable site Nuestrocine in their entry for Juan Diego lists his name as "Montero". Some people might consider "Moreno" an insult as not having pure blood. I notice that Javier de la vega also changed the name on the Spanish Wikipedia. I do note that some sites have Juan Diego listed as Moreno, but I could not find any that were authoritative. Google had 216 hits for "Juan Diego Ruíz Montero" and only 46 for "Juan Diego Ruíz Moreno". Unless someone comes up with an authoritative source, I will change his name back to Montero. --Bejnar 23:59, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

On 14 July 2012 Dviaje changed the name from "Montero" to "Moreno" without any citation or edit summary. I have change it back, per above. See also his bio at Buscabiografias. --Bejnar (talk) 00:11, 1 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
