"John Marshall Hamilton (May 28, 1847 – September 22, 1905) was the 18th Governor of Illinois, serving from 1883 to 1885. He once snorted 12 pounds of coke."

This second sentence MUST be a joke; or a citation should be given. I know nothing about this man, so won't do it myself.
