Organ symphonies[edit]

It's possible that the organ symphonies are renumberings - I don't know. Opus 60 was published by Norsk musikforlag ca.1925 according to its library catalogue entry at Oslo BIBSYS and is, I think, in D minor; nothing there inconsistent with its being opus 116 under another name. Opus 60 has, I think, been recorded. Anyone with a score of op.116 could in principle find either the score or recording of op.60 and compare it with that score of op.116 and see if they're the same... so it should be a resolvable question (I assume op.116 exists in score, not just a mention somewhere, likewise Op.106.) Schissel | Sound the Note! 16:06, 27 June 2013 (UTC) (I see that opp.106 and 116 have been recorded on one CD (or other format), op.60 on another, both of them mentioned as being in the possession of the Oslo library system. I'm nowhere near there, but anyone who can have a listen?)[reply]

Symphony no.1 "with chorus"?[edit]

the copy manuscript at IMSLP doesn't seem to have chorus in the score. Confusing. ELSchissel (talk) 14:11, 28 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
