Biased editing check

There are a few obvious issues with this page. Sourcing is at the top. We have a host of policies and guidelines that deal with neutrality. On a fast page scan, I saw the nrapvf POV source (currently #18) with the title: "Your vote defends freedom! – Please vote Jerry Carl for U.S. House!". This is certainly a pro-advertising or promotional source and should have been deleted as such.
The Yellowhammer News (currently #17) states: "Jerry Carl releases second TV ad in AL-01, pledges to 'end handouts for lawbreaking illegals'". This is a press release.
The Political positions| section is broken down into several subject stance subsections that, if not also to lengthen the article, do a disservice by the use of small two or three sentence paragraphs. It not only serves to highlight the subject's individual political positioning it redundantly uses Carl (Carl is, Carl supports, Carl has said) that has the same above-mentioned press release.
