The article isn´t bad, but it´s written rather as an essay, without references, only with few Škvorecký´s citations. It also deals mainly with Jazz Section (important institution active in communist Czechoslovakia). Maybe it would be more appropriate to rename it to Jazz Section of the Czech Musician's Union?? (After some reworking, of course). The Jazz in dissident Czechoslovakia is very broad topic, and the article lacks many important aspects: important personalities, styles, bands etc. However, not bad start, nice to find it here... --Vejvančický (talk) 15:29, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This Page may require cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. The specific problem is: For example:"Ježek's influence in this realm is particularly noted" According to who? This should be referenced and cited. Please help improve this Page if you can.
