Well-written = almost (but see comments below)
- Construction and career: paragraph 3: sentence 1: "...renamed Volevoy on the 22nd." Date unclear. If it's 22 July 1947, please say so. My eyes were bouncing between the end of paragraph 2 and the "1949" in the next sentence.
- Infobox reads: "Fate: Scrapped after 1 August 1959". Text reads scrapping order came on 2 September. Shouldn't it say "Scrapped after 2 September 1959"?

Stable = yes.
Illustrated = yes.
