I have assessed this as Start Class, as it provides a fair amount of detail and organization, but lacks in-line citations and proper referencing. I have assessed this as low importance, as I do not feel that many people outside of Canada would be familiar with the topic of the article although, if it actually became a heritage site, it might be worth it to bump it up to mid-importance.
