Movie version[edit]

I believe there was a made-for-TV movie from this book, about 1990 or so. I couldn't find a wiki article about the movie, though. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.148.235.6 (talk) 18:34, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Susan Bradshaw[edit]

The section about the mother of the protagonist, Susan Bradshaw, had a link to a real person. There is no connection apparent between the two, so I'm removing the link. Crusoe704 (talk) 05:25, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Illustrators[edit]

From experience i know that WorldCat does not reliably match cover images with library catalog records (unknown whether the libraries provide unreliably matched cover images). The cover image we display now appears there only once on 137 pages, linked to text data for issue Fitzgerald Books 2007 OCLC 226359954, so I added that to our caption. The identification of artist by Chris Sheban is from our File page, which mentions Avon Books.

Three other cover images show up repeatedly at WorldCat and show up near the beginning when the records are sorted by unreliable date, Formats and Editions of JHIL (oldest first).

I deleted this attribution of interior illustrations

LC Catalog credits no one for the first edition and does not indicate the pages are "il.", "ill", etc. (It never credits cover artists as far as I know.) Skimming all 137 records in WorldCat Formats and Editions of JHIL at WorldCat, i find that some prominently credited people other than Paterson are readers and translators.
