liquidation legislation[edit]

understanding[edit]

The article overall is very poor. It was written at the time and the issues around the leak and why the need to replace the promissory notes by bonds are not explained ... and the journalists in the press at the time didn't do a great job either. The later article IBRC commission of investigation has no understanding of the issues and was never updated afterwards. Sorry can't do more ...
