Is Lithuanian the right word[edit]

This person operated in the Soviet Union at a time when Lithuania was a seperate country. I think we need to better be clear that he was not a national of the country of Lithuania, and only "Lithuanian" by ethnicity, not by country of allegiance.John Pack Lambert (talk) 18:39, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
