Dubious uses

I have added a dubious tag as to its use with semiconductors. This paper https://doi.org/10.1116/1.588127 is about using it, but as a one off, it does not make it used. There also seems to be no mention of flame retardant for this substance. Also that Encarta link is a dud. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 04:20, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
