New Material and Cleanup[edit]

Added link to public relations and reference to Dept. of Labor. Removed unecessary words for clarity. Added section on Sarbanes-Oxley Act.--Axiomatica 21:30, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup[edit]

Did some cleanup on this article. It looks like its origin was as a non-notable company article, but was later trimmed to make it a more general description of the concept. As it stands the article is ok, but it could use sourcing and expansion. --Lendorien 16:50, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Objection[edit]

The flagged segment reflects a third party's personal opinion and potentially offers a guideline to the reader. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 114.179.77.220 (talk) 06:27, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Note ==[edit]

The last paragraph of the "Gamestop" section is not cited and reads in an odd style. The second person imperative is used, leading to a strange stylistic feel.
