North Korea's cyberwar abilities[edit]

So which article would discuss this unusual capability -- both verified & alleged -- possessed by North Korea? It has been in the news lately. -- llywrch (talk) 07:28, 18 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Internet in North Korea[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Internet in North Korea's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "CNN":

  • From Facebook: Grinberg, Emanuella (September 18, 2014). "Facebook 'real name' policy stirs questions around identity". CNN. Retrieved October 21, 2014.
  • From Sony Pictures Entertainment: Sony will purchase MGM in a deal worth about $5 billion, CNN, September 14, 2004.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 05:08, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

2016 list of NK websites[edit]

The BBC has reported that [paraphrasing] one of the North Korean .kp TLD DNS servers seems to have responded to a DNS zone transfer request, and sent a list of all the sites in its domain -- the BBC has reprinted the list, and links to its source. (BBC)
