Suggest remove details about Roy Maartens[edit]

I work at the ICG so I assume I should not edit this, but our previous director Roy Maartens would prefer the % times he spends in Portsmouth/Cape Town were not part of this. Also the link to our website is out of date. Our current website is at [1] with the Public Outreach website at [2]. We would really appreciate if someone could take the time to update this.
