Issues[edit]

Issues notices were removed as follows:

  • Advertising
'Self-promotion' through excessive use of Primary Sources is now much reduced. Arfisk (talk) 01:49, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Notability
The number and quality of independent citations now in place should be enough to establish notability. Arfisk (talk) 01:49, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Primary Sources
Citations from IFTF site and associated staff member have been replaced, where possible. One exception to this is in the discussion of the various IFTF reports. The problem is that, while the reports are widely cited, it is for their content rather than their format/intention. Arfisk (talk) 01:49, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

History[edit]

Present[edit]

Work[edit]

Removed, pending better citations:

  • Fortune 500 would be better covered in 'Corporate' section Arfisk (talk) 02:00, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The clients of these programs are primarily Fortune 500 companies. When the Institute was founded in 1968, the founders had envisioned working with governments, but over the years Institute clients have included many large companies, along with nonprofits, foundations, and local, state and national governments. In recent years, its work has become increasingly international, and included proprietary tools for collaborative forecasting.[1]

Add awards or measured impact by Institute as recognized from external organizations — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sweet inaara (talkcontribs) 18:13, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

People[edit]

Removed, pending better citations:

  • Better off demonstrating international work Arfisk (talk) 02:00, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
French artist Raphaële Bidault-Waddington collaborated with the Institute in 2012.[2]
