The bottom section about the Fed is clearly not neutral.

The non NPOV verbage has been removed. However the creation and nature of the Federal Reserve I believe are still intact. 209.240.89.251 (talk) 04:11, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

President Madison was dead at the time mentioned. Is it a reference to him speaking earlier {in the century]?

There was some talk of Congress delegating to the Fed its power to "coin money and regulate the value thereof". This is incorrect. The power to coin money remains with the U.S. Mint, the power of printing Federal Reserve Notes remains with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, and the value of American currency has not been regulated since the end of Bretton-Woods forty years ago. Keep your conspiracy theories out of Wikipedia, please. 69.109.225.89 (talk) 07:35, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
