What?[edit]

"The poet Jibanananda Das birth centenary edition of the Dwitiyo Chinta, brought out in 1999, remains an example of high quality editing and planning of a commemorative issue of a magazine." Very confusing. Seems to say a certain issue was of very high quality. If so, it's opinion. A valid opinion, but not wiki-worthy unless stated by a noteable third party source.
