Unless there is some clarification forthcoming, the copied material should be drastically trimmed back. olderwiser 01:59, 7 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Book list[edit]

Simply mentioning Idlewild is insufficient reason to list a book in this article. If anyone is familiar with the books in the list, please trim it to just those in which Idlewild features prominently. -Jason A. Quest (talk) 23:37, 25 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The "Climate" section[edit]

This section appears to be utterly irrelevant. Unless somebody can point out why it should be there, it should be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Poihths (talkcontribs) 13:30, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Village or unincorporated community?[edit]

I can find no source that Idlewild was incorporated as a village. Without such a source, and with sources that say otherwise, it's an unincorporated community. NB: "village" is a legal status in Michigan. Imzadi 1979  23:29, 1 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
