I am a little confused about the circular arguments being presented for this article.

I had posted this without any reference to CioIndex or any links to the site. Someone deleted it because it was a "potential copyright violation" and suggested that I provide reference to the source.

Subsequently, I posted the article arrtibuting the definition to the source - and links to - CioIndex which I believe has a very good definition of the term and process. Now, it appears I have committed "thinly veiled advertising and link spam".

I am not sure if I agree with either characterization. So I am deleting the template till someone can elaborate on their objection.

I am in support of the spirit of the comments. However, they need to be elaborated. There a links all over wikipedia. These links point to commercial sources. How is one link "thinly veiled advertising" and another "legitimate source"?

When a user seems dedicated to posting links only to one source, in this article and others, one strongly suspects that editor either (a) sincerely believes that no other source on the web has valuable content on those subjects, or (b) is linkspamming. My recollection is that the earlier version of the article likewise seemed to have no purpose other than drawing people to this particular website. The subject is now in the hands of the editing community. Fan-1967 02:32, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
