Hello! I believe the lead section of this article is not well organized. It does not provide sufficient information about the topic. I would recommend adding more details about IBM/Google Cloud Computing Initiative. Please refer to this journal for more information.

Starting sentence of the lead section is not well structured. This article could be improved by providing insights into the IBM Research Division cloud computing Initiative.
