This article was substantially better than it is now. A non-logged-in editor removed a lot of sourced material in 2013 in this big diff of a few edits, with no explanation in edit summaries or otherwise. The article previously had several sources, and had a history going back to 1927. I removed a PROD proposal that would have deleted it quickly, which would be somewhat justified based on the poor current condition. But based on its previous state and sources, I tend to think it may be a Wikipedia-notable topic. It should be developed not deleted.
