I've assessed as Start at this point due to lack of coverage regarding most aspects of the subject's life. The majority of the article is the action against Hood, with nothing of his early life or post-war career. Other than that it meets the B-Class criteria IMO but the coverage issue is quite significant of course. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 21:27, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
