I think this woman is remarkable. She lived in the domestic and public spheres and was successful in both! I find her fascinating though I do not believe she received all the credit she deserved because of her husband's fame.F ventouris (talk) 03:58, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

good work, i would say hard to find sources in her own right; needs more sources. Slowking4 †@1₭ 04:45, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What a great lady! And still involved in social causes. Janeweaving (talk) 21:38, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am surprised that this woman hasn't already been written about in Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.244.29.47 (talk) 16:04, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Parents' Marriage and Father's Death - Inconsistent Dates[edit]

In the "Early Life" section, the page cites Helen Fabela's birth year as 1928 and the year of her parents' marriage as 1948 (when Helen would have been 20), yet goes on to mention the death of Helen's father when Helen was 15 (five years before the marriage year cited).

I could not find a reliable source for the date of Helen's parents' marriage in a quick Google search.

Is there a knowledgeable person with reliable sources who will clarify this discrepancy?
