Words used to mean 'non-babies born prematurely'[edit]

There seems to be no single consensus for a term. Many scientific articles are using different words to refer to the same idea of premature babies after they've grown up, so I'm recording them all in order to reduce confusion for people trying to go from Wikipedia to understanding the published literature.

As for the article title: It's important to distinguish the risks newborn babies face from the long-term risks children/teenagers/adults face, so 'pre-term births' is inadequate, but 'adults born prematurely' is also inadequate because that excludes other studied groups. And 'non-babies born prematurely' is a huge mouthful of a phrase for an already overly-long title. So, the best term still needs to be picked.

I'm making a list here to incorporate to the first paragraph later. You are encouraged to add more.
