HITS project of WWIL[edit]

Until there is an article from a reliable source for this, it cannot be added to the article. However, even if there is an article on a reliable source, I still am unsure as to whether it should go in the article or not. If we put in one area that runs off of, or is launching or has launched a HITS based platform, we would have to put them all in. This would cause the article to be so long it woud be rediculious.
