Added sections to allow editors to add to the appropriate sections.[edit]

The sections were added to avoid confusion between the different types of handlining. More references are also needed also but time constraints have prevented me from doing so that at this time. I occasionally write fishing articles semi-professionally and work in the fresh water fishing industry and have many sources available to add at later time when time permits.
