Website that has the full details of the of the HMS Malaya's details of war service[edit]

I found this website and I thought it would be useful it also has other ships details of war service and log books online for free from what I could see. http://www.naval-history.net/xGM-Chrono-01BB-Malaya.htm Shashenka (talk) 22:54, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Souvenir in Genoa Cathedral.[edit]

Hi WikiCopter. I note you changed a sentence relating to an AP shell which proved unwelcome in Genoa Cathedral. The original sentence explained why it didn't explode. That's obvious to all editors but maybe not to the readers. Have you any problems with changing it back? JRPG (talk) 21:35, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am away from home, but I am pretty sure that Malaya received a rebuild between 1933-1936, during which additional deck armor was added, along with HACS, 4 twin 4" AA mounts and a cross-deck catapult with a hanger similar to that installed in the Warspite, Queen Elizabeth, Valiant. Check Raven & Roberts, Hobbs and/or Friedman's books on British battleships, I'm sure it's there. Just look at the post-1936 pictures showing the cross-deck catapult. 138.180.194.4 (talk) 09:15, 27 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
