Are we sure that he's a Roman Catholic? Considering his party, it's not unlikely that he isn't (although he might have been baptised as one). I can't remember him ever having commented on his personal religious beliefs.

baptised as one, but right now i don't think he's a religious man. figuring he is not really "humble" (with his 2 manors pa yd by the state) and neither is he generous (never giving away to the needed). if he where a religious man, he'd probably be in CD&V, witch is the "Christian conservative party" rather then open-VLD (liberals/kapitalists)

now, q: i see a lot of errors, where this guy gets presented to have done some good things (like the generation pact), wile in fact this is NOT good for the local population (i know, since i'm one of them). so, why won't you guy's allow me to post the truth on this page? made 2 revisions both where cancelled, he isn't paying wikipedia so he can be shown as a "good guy" while in fact he is the start of our current crisis, voted away and still has most posts of the government. this guy is not clean at all, being in several scandals using tax-money for vacations and diners, even a telephone bill of several thousands of euro's that he paid using taxmoney. his reign is marked with strikes, protest, crime, violence, poverty, budget cuts, corruption and so on. he RUINED belguim and took away what was left of our wealth. now he's at it again running our finances... (NEVER let a liberal run the budget unless you want to end up unemployed living in a "ghetto" like appartement of 2 rooms, while begging for some bread since you cannot pay your rent.

20 years ago, we had a joke song where one of the lines was "i give a fifth of my pay, for a moist dumb with wc."

right now, it's even worse. 1/3 of our pay go's to a dump of a house, my insurance (witch you MUST have) costs me another 1/3, leaving 1/3 for living (food, power, education, medical care, etc etc). DISASTER

Your edits might have been true but that is almost irrelevant. What matters is whether the facts are referenced and verifiable through reliable sources. If you add true facts without any reliable sources then your edits likely will be removed. If someone else adds facts that you know are false, but are supported by references to reliable sources, then you cannot delete them. so basicly wikipedia is NOT based on truth but rather on (false) evidence? good to know that wikipedia does not care about truth at all, but rather on sources.

surely i could add many sources, but they would be in dutch and thus you would still not accept it.

basicly we are going to present this corrupt, immoral "leader" as a good, honorable person?

what's next, presenting adolf hitler as a war hero because he took a bullet for a pointless war?

Guy Verhofstadt silence

not all people are born as equals under the Belgian flag, there is monarchy bases in one religion and higher aryan nazi blood theory.

Also the Belgian law allows the crime to baptise juveniles. Parenting is not owning and shaping subtle personal identification of the charecter.
