This article is in decent shape, but it needs more work before it becomes a Good Article.

  1. Is it well written?
    A. The prose is clear and concise, and the spelling and grammar are correct:
    The lead seems very short and it would be best to summarize the entire article, per here.
    B. It complies with the manual of style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation:
    Dates need to be unlinked, per here. The links to "Guggenheim Foundation" and "Guggenheim" need to be linked correctly.
  2. Is it verifiable with no original research, as shown by a source spot-check?
    A. It contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline:
    Reference 4, 13, and 15 are missing Publisher info.
    B. Reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose):

Folks, before we go about passing this article for GA, please consider whether quotes are overused. Is this entry encyclopedic? Do encyclopedias use large collections of quotes? Further, the computer generated image has a fair use rationale noting that it is a photograph of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. This is misleading, can this be corrected? Thanks, Lazulilasher (talk) 17:57, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, this article had numerous copyvio problems:

  1.
