"No war, no peace" should be merged with "Grey-zone (international relations)" as it is the same concept, rather, "No war, no peace" is a subset of "Grey-zone". DTM (talk) 11:15, 16 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose, they appear to be distinct concepts. I’ve never seen "No war, no peace” referred to as a subset of the grey-zone, if you have sources which say that this would be the time to present them. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 14:09, 16 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Closing, given the uncontested objection and no support. Klbrain (talk) 21:47, 12 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Date of coinage or popularization[edit]

Something about when the term was first used, or first became popular or widespread, would be useful for the article. Did it happen from a single influential paper, in the way Hoffman popularized hybrid warfare in 2009? Or was it a more organic development that came up from the national security grassroots, and bubbled up to the surface? Mathglot (talk) 21:23, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
