Is the birth date (22 April) in the Gregorian calendar or the Russian Julian calendar in use at the time? Either way, this should be specified in the text. Urhixidur (talk) 22:10, 7 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Title of the Tsar[edit]

Why is the Grand Duke described in the lead paragraph as: "a son of Emperor Alexander II of Russia, a brother of Tsar Alexander III of Russia "? Did the title of the Emperor/ Tsar change at some point? If not, shouldn't the same term be used for both Alexander II and Alexander III? Mr Serjeant Buzfuz (talk) 18:33, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
