Missing explanation of the name[edit]

The article doesn't explain why it's called a "Google tax". (I'm referring to the first sense of the term, not the second one about Spanish news articles.) Presumably Google was caught squirrelling away its profits, or something? Equinox (talk) 10:35, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
