A fact from Gongchen Tower appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 25 January 2015 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the 14th-century Gongchen Tower in China was destroyed by a fire on 3 January 2015?
Although this source said Gongchen Tower is included in the Ancient Architectural Ensemble of Nanzhao Town (zh:南诏镇古建筑群), a Major National Historical and Cultural Site, all other sources do not. So, actually, Gongchen Tower is a Province Level Major Historical and Cultural Site (zh:云南省文物保护单位, added in November 16, 1993), not national level.
