Pensions[edit]

I’m writing because a friend needs help and I’ve tried all numbers and got NO help. My friends husband died. Trying to get his benefits and I’m hitting a brick wall. This is with st. Gobain. He worked there 36 years when the contract changed. That they did away with pension they were told that the ones that had the old st gobain would not loose their pension and death benefits. Which was $30,000. Now trying to get this the trust says NO he is only to get $2,000 which is a big difference. Also we are still looking but he filled out papers and took a cut in his benefits so his wife could keep drawing his pension. Low and be hold the computer lost all info for the older employees and the paper work is gone. PLEASE HELP. HIS WFE IS READY TO HAVE A BREAK DOWN.
