Gravitational waves[edit]

Gravitational waves are a phenomenon predicted by General Relativity that has not been detected yet, so it is nonsense to say that they are being detected for use in geophysics. Laser interferometers have been developed that detect seismic waves, but that's different; a true gravitational wave detector is designed to screen out seismic waves.
