Isabel's Dates and Foundation[edit]

The current version of the page gives Isabel's death at 1957 (in the "Works" section) but says that she established the foundation in 1963 (in the "Foundation" section). It is unlikely but it is possible, for instance if she stipulated in her will that the foundation be established xx years after her death. Or maybe the foundation was established by a close relative, like a son of daughter. --Hansung02 (talk) 21:16, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Body positivity[edit]

Looking back from the 2020's at Lachaise's sculptures of 'The Woman', you might say that he was an early proponent of 'Plus-Size Glamour models', or Body Positivity as some of these models, and feminists and ordinary women, like to call it. Admittedly, his 'women' are somewhat exagerated in their contours, but if you look at the essence of what he was trying to convey and not at the first impression they make, one can very well interpret them in this way.
