Unconfirmed death[edit]

Someone at NitrateVille.com, the classic film forum, has stated that Frederica Sagor Mass has died at the age of 109. citations and research[edit]

Leaving aside from the fact that you can't use WP itself as a reference for an article. I'd like to see someone actually ADD some researched material and the corresponding citations. Sagor was a very small player in Hollywood and her book is "too big". She had her breaks, but the sum of her talents was insufficient and her agenda is driven by bitterness. Her book is the only source for her life. Its very hard to find facts on her elsewhere. This article can't be bigger because of that. And it shouldn't. Expansion[edit]

I dug through her book as well as a few obvious references articles, and beefed up the article. I dislike using her own book as the major reference source, but the truth is she really isn't that important a figure. There aren't going to be many direct sources for information on her life. Her biggest notoriety is from her own memoir and secondary sources so far have all referenced back around to it. It's all very circular. 8( Any more added material would be terrific. adding other works[edit]

I am starting to put together a list of other works from Freddie and Ernest, but I am uncertain how much I will find and which items are actually worth listing. Just because they wrote them, if they were unsold and unproduced they are either now lost to history or sitting in an archive - neither of which makes them noteworthy. Ferinstance....the couple took the trouble to register several plays with the copyright office in D.C. (not doubt after the filching of "Beefsteak Joe"], but if they were unsold and unproduced, who cares?

middle name[edit]

Please stop inserting her middle name 'Alexandrina' into every possible occurance. She was not known by that part of her name except to her parents. It clutters up the article unnecessarily. Aside from first mention of the name she was born under, her middle name is completely irrelevant. It should not appear in the Info Box either, as that name should be the name she is KNOWN under.
