Article is new enough and long enough. It's neutrally written, and the sources appear to be reliable. No copyvio detected. I prefer ALT0—this would mean excluding the image, though it would be fine to use. QPQ completed. Whispyhistory, could we switch your first hook to active rather than passive voice, e.g.

ALT2 ... that Frederic Growse finished the first complete, illustrated, English translation of the Ramayana of Tulsidas in 1883?
