This reads like an essay or advocacy on behalf of the subject. Tyrenius 15:26, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well I am not opposed to him. Seems like objective info.

Someone removed the last enrty I made on the Frank Popper page - his new: book Ecrire sur l'art : De l'art optique a l'art virtuel, L'Harmattan 2007

I fail to understand the COL tag as I only know Frank very slightly through professional circumstances but yes I respect his work. As do maney.

Enlightened Self-Interest[edit]

I have looked at the page. I know Joseph Nechvatel. He has a PhD in New Media. He has worked with Frank Popper and knows Poppers' ideas in depth. Frank Popper is an important theorist in both France and the United States concerning technological art. This page is quite enlightening and should stay. --ghovagimyan 74.66.228.210 12:30, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removing the COL tag[edit]

After reading the article and reading the guidance on conflict of interest and neutral point of view I feel that the COL tag should be removed. This is an erudite and studied introduction to Frank Popper and the subject of technological art. What is lacking is a larger discussion of the term Virtual Art. after a search of the term virtual art in wiki I come up with several names and links. Some people such as the head Curator of the largest museum in the world (ZKM) dedicated to new media and digital art, Peter Weibel, has been tagged as suspicious. If you can't trust the actual authorities onthe suject you are discussing who do you trust? Ghovagimyan 13:15, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
