If the page is going to stay up, let's make it accurate[edit]

As this page appears to be around for the foreseeable future an effort should be made to ensure it is accurate. It would be good to get an accurate description of Mr Boulle's characterisation in the first series of Made in Chelsea included and uploaded. There is an elephant on the page, this man has had around an hour of footage broadcast on national television, what did that footage show? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Landrew2011 (talkcontribs) 23:33, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Polo Player Deleted[edit]

He does not have a handicap with the HPA (UK National Polo Association) or FIP (International Polo Assoc), and therefore cannot be described as a polo player.

How about an amatuer 'Polo-ist'? 213.120.34.238 (talk) 14:48, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Polo Players, both Amateur and Professional have a registration... even as an 'S' (Starter) grade. It is not legal (due to insurance matters) to play in any form of tournament without a rating (much like in motorsport)

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted because... http://www.independent.co.uk/news/media/tv-radio/move-over-essex-its-chelseas-turn-reality-tv-spotlight-goes-west-2277361.html

Plenty of reality TV stars have Wikipedia articles, there is no reason therefor to delete this article completely, many people will be interested as Made in Chelsea continues to air. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.193.240.239 (talk) 21:30, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Diamond Mining?[edit]

Which company does he run that mines diamonds? He is not listed as a director or significant employee of any mining company or brokerage.

Simply because he is not found on companies house does not mean he is does not direct a mining company/brokerage through a shell or offshore holding company.(87.112.69.239 (talk) 06:23, 12 January 2012 (UTC))[reply]

Entrepreneur[edit]

I have re-added the lead that states that he is an entrepreneur. This is clearly supported by the reference given, even if the exact word is not stated. (Perhaps businessman might suffice). An anon editor has repeatedly removed it without cause. Comments and suggestions would be welcome.--Dmol (talk) 10:03, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not without cause. With cause. As far as I can tell, this guy isn't an entrepreneur. Do we refer to anyone and everyone with business interests as an entrepreneur? Bono, for example has various business interests. From the article: "Bono is on the board of the Elevation Partners private-equity firm, which attempted to purchase Eidos Interactive in 2005 and has since gone on to invest in other entertainment businesses.[9][75] Bono has invested in the Forbes Media group in the US through Elevation Partners. Elevation Partners became the first outsider to invest in the company, taking a minority stake in Forbes Media LLC, a new company encompassing the 89-year-old business which includes Forbes magazine, the Forbes.com website and other assets. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but reports said the stake was worth about €194 million ($250m).[76][77][78]". But he is referred to in the lead as a singer, musician, and humanitarian, as these are the things that he is known for. Boulle meanwhile, is known for being a reality tv participant. Not for his business interests. The lede should reflect this. 89.100.150.198 (talk) 23:11, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Boulle was referred to in Tatler's Little Black Book and this Independent article[1] as an entrepreneur prior to the show being aired so it is clear he was known for being an entrepreneur prior to being known for reality TV(87.112.69.239 (talk) 06:27, 12 January 2012 (UTC))[reply]

That article is about the tv show. What he is known for is being on a reality tv show. 89.100.150.198 (talk) 19:19, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
