Cuba[edit]

Whilst Cuba did have foreign exchange certificates from 1985 to 1994 (?), I don't see that the Cuban convertible peso is such - it is a normal currency. -- Beardo (talk) 23:25, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
