Note that the English title is given in the article (right there in the lead!). Continuing to use the Gaelic title here in en.wikipedia seems just as inappropriate as using an English title on ga.wikipedia.

Once again, there is no English title for this organisation. There are multiple ways the name could potentially be translated into English - for example, I think "Irish Language Agency" is closer to the intended meaning - but it's not our place to decide what something should be named when there is clearly established precedent in English-language usage. --Kwekubo (talk) 11:17, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Strong Oppose - per WP:COMMONNAME and per WP:IMOS. See also Áras an Uachtaráin, Bord Gáis, Bord na Móna, An Bord Pleanála, Bus Éireann, Dáil Éireann, Fáilte Ireland, Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael, Garda Síochána, Luas, Oireachtas, Raidió Teilifís Éireann, Seanad Éireann, Sinn Féin, Tánaiste and Taoiseach. These are the common names of these various entities in the English language in Ireland, to use the English language translation of their common name is possibly WP:OR. Also, this is not an Irish language issue, the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany sits at Bundestag on the English language wikipedia not German Parliament.
