Talk:Find A Grave Forums

While the Forums are related to the main site, in my opinion they are very different in nature and not the same at all as the main site. There are many folks that are much more active in the forums for the very spirit of community and exchange with others interest in 'graving' that do not participate much on the main site. Then there are other very active members on the main site that do not even belong to and have never been to the Forums.

They require a separate registration to participate while both can be viewed without signing up. Doc 00:55, 15 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

rv edits by 134.174.140.40 to last version by Dantheox The merge & redirect were by an unregistered user and without discussion. Should someone wish to further discuss that would be one thing with some consensus, but IMO there is purpose to separage articles as the sites serve different and distinct purposes Doc 22:24, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

rv edits by Perfecto to last version by Solver, once again discussion is invited, but I strongly believe that this page and its members are a separtate base from the regular Find A Grave site. There is discussion of genealogy and a great deal of information that has nothing to do with the listings on the primar Find A Grave site. The page I am sure can be improved and give more information which anyone is welcome to do, but to eliminate it without discussion, particularly if the person doing so has no familiarity with the two distinct sites is without basis. Notability[edit]

Okidoki, Doc. Please expand the article then to establish notability. As it reads right now, IMO, it's just like any other website on the topic. Without references, you risk the article being tagged for deletion. -- Perfecto 17:52, 12 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
