Page protection[edit]

I have protected the article for 48 hours to stop the long-term edit warring. @Areaseven and Rejs12345: You have been edit warring over whether this subject should be an article or a redirect. I don’t see any attempt, ever, to discuss the issue on the talk page. That is how we resolve differences at Wikipedia. Talk about the issues, explain your reasoning, don't just revert each other. Edit warring is against Wikipedia’s rules and can result in loss of editing privileges. Work it out through discussion, please. -- MelanieN (talk) 04:23, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I added 10 more days now; the next administrator intervention may result in blocks given out.--Ymblanter (talk) 19:35, 1 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect[edit]

From my perspective as an outsider with no involvement in the history of this page, it seems to me that the information of the Fiat Freemont at the Dodge Journey article is more thorough and certainly written better than the text that was here previously. Given the cars are essentially the same and the Freemont is just a rebadge of the Journey, it would seem keeping this article as a redirect is the more sensible option as far as I'm concerned.
