Military subsection

I cleaned up, clarified, and expanded, the explanation of the Executive Officer as it pertains to the military. I am certain there can be more added to the military related definition, I am just not sure that without explaining extensive details and minutiae this article can be expanded beyond its "stubbiness." I am sure that it does not meet Wiki standards yet, and I did not touch the Corporate area, because I have very little knowledge or interest in that area. Andrew 17:03, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

Possible Vandalism

"In the Army, XO stands for extra officer; in the Marines, it does not stand for 'hugs and kisses.'" I believe that this is vandalism, and I am removing it as such-- 66.170.42.14 (talk) 05:15, 1 August 2010 (UTC)

Loopy redirect

Business executive redirects here. Why??71.236.26.74 (talk) 11:40, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

What post does a business executive hold? That of an executive officer. If you'd like to create a substantial article regarding a business executive that will pass muster, be our guest.--RossF18 (talk) 19:16, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
I know this is a very old discussion, however a business executive is NOT an executive officer (a corporate term). I have eliminated the redirect and hope others will help build a new article explaining the term "Business executive" since a whole category of articles in riding on it.
