"Secretive, beyond any oversight"[edit]

"…a secretive arm of the U.S. Treasury, which doesn't answer to anyone, which is beyond any oversight". This is the characterization given of the ESF by Rob Kirby of Kirby Analytics on the Keiser Report in July 2012.[1] I'm not sure this is enough of a a reliable source to merit inclusion into the article, but it does constitute a critical perspective of which the article is at present devoid. __meco (talk) 12:45, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
