It looks very good. I think the topics are in a good order. In the second sentence I would change the first comma to a semi-colon or period. The section "Methods of studying cognitive evolution" seems comparatively short. Maybe it could be explained in more detail. In "Convergent evolution of cognition", the information in the last sentence before the list of taxa is repeated in the first and second sentence after the list.
