Untitled[edit]

This article needs much more information about where the money actually goes. There is no information about which countries get the money or why. This makes the article gravely defective. It certainly does not meet the criteria for an important article. Gobanian (talk) 07:31, 11 July 2013 (UTC) I have noticed that the title of the article contains an error.
