Ownership[edit]

Note that as of March 31, 2010, Nortel still held its stake in the LG-Nortel joint venture. It was not sold to Avaya as part of recent divestitures.

Avaya did not buy this joint venture. On April 21st 2010 Ericsson purchased the Nortel 50% stake and the joint venture will be named LG-Ericsson —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.240.155.161 (talk) 11:01, 23 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
